Introducing Parkside Tower: Tri Dal Utilities' Newest Project with Austin Commercial. On January 8th, we broke ground on our latest endeavor - Parkside Tower. We are thrilled to be working with Austin Commercial on this project. Our team is responsible for installing storm drains, Sewer lines, domestic water lines, and fire lines. This 30-story office tower is being built at the front door of Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, Texas. Parkside Tower will boast a seven-level parking garage below ground, a ten-level garage structure over a ground level podium, and nineteen stories of office space.
