***ANNOUNCEMENT*** On May 21, 2024, Mr. Chuck Dixon announced his retirement as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tri-County Bank. The Board of Directors would like to thank Chuck for his service to the Bank over the past five years. The Board named John Ditmars, an existing member of the Board of Directors, as the interim President. John brings over 40 years of banking experience to his role as the Bank’s interim President. The Board is actively pursuing the selection of the Bank’s next President and Chief Executive Officer and has engaged an outside consultant to assist in this process. The Board hopes to have this process completed by the end of the third quarter, although there can be no guarantees as to the timing of this process.
