关于我们
"A journey to explore, without pressure, what matters most to you in life -- and then to make the inspiration a reality for you and those close to you." ~ Our Philosophy and Approach: Energising career trajectories for high school and college/university students and graduates. Connecting communities and individuals to learning, career coaching, and leadership development. Launching and sustaining personal and professional lives that are abundant, purposeful, and evocative. We harness, leverage and invest in the very best of open source, public, private, institutional, and market-driven solutions to prepare and align motivated and mission-driven students for promising careers — ones that are equally compelling and inspired. We work at "small and relevant-scale" for big results. We invite you to engage with your career and life in a new way. We call this three-stranded approach Tri Cosain, based on a phrase in Irish Gaelic describing three paths - a weave together and exposure to three fields of inquiry. The three integrated paths we propose are: 1) Helping you discover and bring to life a sense of personal inspiration 2) Providing you with high-quality advice and support for journeys of lifelong learning, including traditional academic paths but also innovative, modular learning options 3) Providing you with high-quality career advice: developing and executing elegant and inspired career strategies This program is based on "Conversations of Inquiry" and "9 Questions for Leadership in Life and Work" - built around discovering personal and organizational inspiration and bringing it to life.
