In collaboration?with ESA Architecture and Post Company, we will be redefining the meaning of luxury, combining discerning design with unmatched quality and service. The Pendry Nashville will offer 180-hotel keys and 146 for-sale Pendry Residences as well as a ground floor restaurant and lobby bar, a rooftop pool with garden bar and restaurant, state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor fitness center, a writer’s room and library, meeting and event space, and an abundance of upscale amenities. ?
