More closed deals! We are really excited to share that earlier this month we closed on a solar ITC partnership transaction. We had the good fortune of working with a new investor relationship on the deal and with our first transaction now closed, can't wait to get to work on the next! Lots of long days (and nights!) getting this one across the finish line. Top notch work was done by all involved to bring new solar capacity to the east coast! Another deal update from TReK Capital Partners! ? A fantastic outcome of the Inflation Reduction Act was the expansion of the ITC to new technologies. TReK and one of our innovative investor partners embraced this change and successfully closed on what industry participants believe is the largest Renewable Natural Gas tax credit deal done to date! This was a truly top notch collaboration between project sponsor, investor and everyone in between and we're confident we'll be ushering more of these transactions across the finish line in the future!
