Trehel is pleased to welcome Randall Jackson as Senior Project Manager. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge in managing industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects from design to completion while addressing safety, cost, quality and scheduling. Jackson grew up working in construction, and his father and grandfather were general contractors. Jackson graduated from Clemson University with honors and a degree in Construction Science Management and has held various positions throughout his career, ranging from project engineer to senior project manager. Trehel is excited to announce the promotion of Jim Davis to General Superintendent. In this new role, Davis will lead and manage field operations and facilitate the efforts of Trehel’s Care4All safety program. He will act as the liaison between office staff, project superintendents, and Trehel’s workforce in the field. Davis started his career at Trehel in 2016 and brings over 41 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on job-site supervision for large-scale commercial, educational, industrial and faith-based projects. He is a proven and effective onsite manager and has fostered strong relationships with Trehel’s building partners throughout the years. Currently under construction, a new Foothills Community Health Care clinic in Anderson will transform an abandoned retail center into a modern medical facility. Services will include behavioral health and counseling, general practice for adults and pediatrics, a laboratory, small procedure rooms, dental services, education and training rooms, a pharmacy and corporate offices. The facility will also include areas that can be expanded to allow for new services and future growth. We look forward to seeing how this project will support needs within the local community! We are pleased to highlight the Sports Pavilion at The Cliffs at Mountain Park, which is currently under construction. This new state-of-the-art complex designed by Summerour Architects will include two tennis courts, four pickleball courts, two padel courts, and a resort-style pool in addition to beautifully landscaped green spaces, a playground, and a one-acre dog park. We have had the privilege of supporting many projects at The Cliffs over the years and look forward to seeing this one come to life. Trehel recently partnered with Ron Geyer of Good City Architects to provide preconstruction and construction services for the expansion and renovation of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Simpsonville. The scope of work included a new 9,790 square foot worship and administration facility as well as renovations to the existing building for a new fellowship space, youth room, updated kitchen, and several education rooms with modifications and new finishes.
