Margaret Wheatley once said, “Hope never enters a room without fear at its side. If I hope to accomplish something, I’m also afraid I’ll fail. You can’t have one without the other." Korn Ferry recently released this article and they write "Given the current state of the workforce and more largely, the world, hope might be the number one imperative for leaders and teams."
