Treasure Valley Children's Theater (TVCT), is a 501c3 nonprofit arts organization with the mission to empower youth and inspire future innovators, entrepreneurs, creators, humanitarians and artists through quality performing arts experiences. We believe theater arts programs have a powerful impact on the health and success of a community. Performing arts experiences?offer youth a safe space within which to take risks, explore new ideas, develop their sense of self, express themselves, and support others in doing the same. Art education programs also build a climate of high expectation, discipline, and academic rigor that attracts businesses and strengthens community. TVCT performing arts experiences offer youth a safe space within which to: - Find courage to overcome fears, try new things and face challenges new challenges with enthusiasm. - Master commitment to the process of developing something unique, setting goals and earning rewards. - Practice respect for themselves, their peers, their community, and the transformative power of the arts. - Demonstrate enthusiasm for the transformative power of the arts and their unique talents to change the world. - Strive for excellence by being the best version of ourselves in everything we do. #seeplayperform see. TVCT adult company of actors produce theatrical performances appropriate for young audiences. play. TVCT artist educators offer a variety of performance-based workshops and class experiences for youth. perform. Through our Young Performers series, youth ages 8-18 have an opportunity to develop their natural leadership skills and practice life skills while preparing a large stage performance for the community.

Hello LI Community. Guess what time it is? It's "Autumn asks for some help" time! Idaho Gives is coming up at the end of April AND Treasure Valley Children's Theater is opening their new space AND opening the first show of the season AND hosting an Idaho Gives fundraising event (that I am coordinating). I need A LOT of help - so if you have some time and a heart for helping others, please DM me your interest and availability. What's needed: - Gathering donated items for silent auction gift baskets - Locating a mobile beverage (A and N/A beverages) provider for our May 2nd fundraiser - Setting up and decorating for the fundraiser - Moving the week of April 22nd - Cleaning the new space - Painting the new space Thank you in advance for your consideration and sharing this with people who may be interested in helping.
