Strategically located next to a busy freeway and offering direct hotel access, the Radisson Hotel Parking Structure enhances guest convenience with secure vehicle entry and minimized travel distances. Designed to fit neatly into a triangular site, the structure maximizes space for the hotel's amenities. At the same time, its fa?ade of vertical fins ensures privacy, natural ventilation, and lighting, complementing the hotel's architecture. Our collaboration with the hotel’s architects has streamlined both buildings' integration, improving circulation and reducing construction impacts—saving 1,000 cubic yards of soil and lowering the structure by 10 feet! We are proud to share that the City of Hope (CoH) Northeast Parking Structure has been honored with the Award of Excellence by IPMI and Project Excellence by Metal Construction News. This facility offers 1,000 new parking spaces for patients, visitors, and staff, and will support the upcoming Duarte Outpatient Clinic. Designed with a stunning fa?ade, this structure mitigates the typical appearance of an open parking facility and reflects the City of Hope's core values through its aesthetic design. The large mass of the structure allowed us to embody CoH's healing design philosophy in unique and meaningful ways. ?
