Work Mode: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday WFH) About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting, helping to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: ?? Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage potential clients. Research and identify new business opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified leads. Understand prospects’ business needs and assess their fit for our solutions. ?? Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system. Regularly update and manage the prospect database to ensure data integrity. ??
