    Thank you to all our 19,000 associates around the world who delivered strong results for 2024. Your efforts paved the way for our success, and I am confident that together, we will continue to achieve incredible milestones in 2025 and beyond. As highlighted in our full year earnings announcement this week, 2024 was an incredible year for Travel + Leisure Co., with momentum carrying us into 2025. We delivered $929 million in adjusted EBITDA, driven by an 8% growth in vacation ownership sales tours and a 2% increase in Travel & Membership adjusted EBITDA. Our seamless integration of Accor Vacation Club exceeded our initial expectations, demonstrating our ability to execute on our multi-brand strategy. Our vacation ownership business continues to thrive, with new owner transactions rising to 35% in 2024. The launch of the new Club Wyndham app has already seen 40,000 downloads and boasts over 80% positive reviews, enhancing user engagement and increasing booking conversion rates by 30%. Our plans for 2025 include revamping the WorldMark by Wyndham website and launching a new WorldMark app, aiming to further elevate customer satisfaction. As we continue to deliver on our strong and consistent return of capital to shareholders, we intend to recommend to our Board a first quarter 2025 dividend of 56 cents per share, a 12% increase over our 4th quarter dividend. I would also like to recognize our field team members. This past year has been especially challenging with hurricanes that devastated the east coast, wildfires out west, a tragedy in New Orleans, and other issues. In each case, I am appreciative of the responsiveness and care our associates have shown to our owners and their fellow associates. For the full year, the company reported net income of $411 million (diluted EPS of $5.82) on net revenue of $3.9 billion.
