Now Hiring: For-Hire Trucking Product Manager ?? Drive Innovation in Trucking Insurance! ?? We’re looking for a For-Hire Trucking Product Manager to lead the continued development, launch, and management of a specialized trucking insurance programs. This role is perfect for someone with deep expertise in Auto Liability underwriting, risk selection, and program strategy, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What You’ll Do: ? Develop, Monitor & Implement Programs – Build and refine an Auto Liability insurance program tailored for for-hire trucking risks, leveraging ISO rating structures and actuarial insights. ? Underwrite & Manage Risk – Establish best practices, analyze fleet safety programs, and implement risk mitigation strategies. ? Optimize Performance – Oversee loss ratios, premium growth, and retention while ensuring regulatory compliance (FMCSA, DOT, ISO, etc.). ? Leverage Technology & Analytics – Implement underwriting efficiencies and data-driven decision-making. What You Bring: ? 7+ years of experience in commercial trucking insurance, underwriting, or program management. ? Strong knowledge of ISO rating structures, Auto Liability loss costs, and class codes. ? Experience managing portfolios of $50M+ in premium. ? Ability to analyze loss trends, fleet safety metrics, and actuarial data (Actuarial Triangles a plus!). ? Proven track record in carrier, reinsurance, and agency negotiations. Success Metrics: ?? Achieve profitability targets and competitive loss ratios. ?? Grow written premium & retention through strategic distribution management. ?? Strengthen carrier and reinsurer relationships for long-term sustainability. ?? Enhance underwriting efficiency and technology utilization. ?? Reporting to: SVP of Underwriting & Program Development ??
