Traffic on the Cross Bronx Expressway decreased after congestion pricing started. For years, they warned of worse traffic. The Cross Bronx tells a different story for now. A computer vision analysis of 910 NYC traffic cameras shows the real impact of congestion pricing. This is just the beginning.
