We asked 100 public librarians about the biggest struggles supporting English Language Learners in their communities. Most answers fell into 3 categories: ???52% struggle with outreach & marketing across language barriers ??17% lack of materials or don't know which materials to provide ????13% don't have enough staff or volunteers to launch/scale programs So we found three librarians running impressive ELL programs to share how they've overcome these challenges.
