We are thrilled to announce that Transmural Systems has successfully completed the TELLTALE Pivotal Study! This achievement marks a significant milestone in our mission to advance transcatheter electrosurgery for structural heart interventions. The TELLTALE Leaflet Modification System, our innovative electrosurgical solution simplifies the BASILICA-TAVR procedure. By enabling precise leaflet traversal and laceration, TELLTALE effectively prevents coronary obstruction during TAVR procedures. TELLTALE is the first and only device intended to treat both native and bioprosthetic valves. We extend our gratitude to the outstanding clinical site teams; study PI’s, research coordinators, and special appreciation goes to NIH/NHLBI, study sponsor and dedicated clinical team, for their invaluable contributions to this study. Their expertise and commitment have been instrumental in achieving this success. Late breaking clinical trial results will be presented by Dr Toby Rogers on March 9th at 2pm at the CRT conference to be held at the Washington Hilton, Washington, DC.
