Core Member: An individual seeking guidance and accountability 2. Volunteers: Community members offering friendship and support 3. Inner Circle: The core member and their group of volunteers 4. Outer Circle: Professionals providing additional resources and guidance 5. TJHLP and TJMHC– what do they stand for, and what's the difference? ?? TJHLP (Transformative Justice Healthy Lifestyles Program): Our nonprofit provides services that lift youth and emerging adults in the justice system with mental health issues into their unique brilliance with programs like Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA), the Healthy Lifestyles Program (HLP) services, in addition to our vision for residential care in a Transformative Living Community (TLC). These services are funded by grants, making them free for participants and allowing us to provide mental health care for high-risk youth.
