Transformations Health Services earns Three-Year CARF Accreditation
CARF International announced that Transformations Health Services has been accredited for a period of three years for its Case Management/Services Coordination: Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Adults), Case Management/Services Coordination: Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Children and Adolescents), Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Adults), Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Adults), and Outpatient Treatment: Integrated: SUD/Mental Health (Children and Adolescents) programming.
CARF identified multiple areas of strength including the organization’s strong leadership, best practices, continual growth, and progressive strategies in providing and growing services, among many others. The latest accreditation is the 1st Three-Year Accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has given to Transformations Health Services.
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be given to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality.
Transformations Health Services is an organization with offices in Cincinnati and Kettering, Ohio. It has been providing mental health and substance use treatment services since 2023.
