Last week I had the privilege of attending Transformations Care Network inagural leadership conference in Boston, MA. It was a great opportunity to gain valuable insights, engage in meaningful networking & strengthen our support network as Directors. The journey has its challenges, but it’s made easier when you’re surrounded by a team equally passionate and committed to this important work. A special congratulations to my colleague Seth Eiland, PA-C, CAQ-Psych & his team on their incredibly well-deserved recognition!

Last week we hosted the first-ever Transformations Care Network Leadership Conference, where our leaders got together for a jam-packed two days of education, networking, and collaboration. We held 11 different sessions all focused on how we can better serve our clients, our communities, and our team members. This event is a shining example of our team's commitment to continuous improvement. Each day was full of meaningful insights on the client experience, nurturing early career therapists, facilitating collaboration between psychiatric providers and therapists, and grounding everything we do in our mission. We'll be sharing more content and reflections from the event as time goes on, but for now we are incredibly grateful for our team members who attended the event. Wow! What a week! I had the privilege of joining my team for the first annual Transformations Care Network Leadership Conference. We came together to share learnings and ideas on how we can continue to grow as an organization. That may not sound all that unique or special. But when we take a step back to realize that the growth of our organization means that more of our friends, family, and neighbors can gain access to much-needed mental health care in their communities, it hits differently. My favorite part of our time together was the awards ceremony. There, the energy really hit full-tilt. It was truly inspiring to feel the pride and excitement in the room as we congratulated our Clinic Directors for their incredible achiements and celebrated reaching ONE MILLION visits. That means that, as a team, we all came together to figure out how to provide meaningful, quality, mental health care one million times. A special shout out to my amazing marketing team for a job VERY well-done on planning this inaugural event. This week, I had the privilege of spending in-person time with our Clinic Directors and other leadership in Boston, Massachusetts. As healthcare leaders, we’re constantly striving to elevate patient care, improve outcomes, and create environments where our teams can thrive. This time together was a powerful reminder of how essential it is to work together—across disciplines, across departments, and across the country—to achieve our mission. It was also a chance to reflect on how each of us contributes to making healthcare more accessible, compassionate, and effective for those who need it most. ? One milestone we celebrated was the remarkable achievement of one million patient visits in 2024. This milestone represents more than just numbers; it’s a testament to the trust our communities place in us and the incredible impact our teams have in helping people lead healthier lives. The journey to this point has been shaped by our collective efforts, and the time together reaffirmed that the path forward is just as much about teamwork as it is about individual commitment. The lessons we shared will continue to guide us as we strive for even greater clinical excellence, deeper collaboration, and more meaningful service to those we care for.
