Transformation Through Revitalization, Inc. (TTR) is a non-profit community development organization committed to revitalizing and empowering the Niagara Falls community. Founded in 2006 by Bishop Kevin Dobbs and Norchenia “Lady” Dobbs, TTR endeavors to uplift the socioeconomic conditions of residents by providing a comprehensive array of services that address immediate needs while fostering sustainable personal and professional development. TTR envisions a flourishing Niagara Falls where every community member is equipped with the necessary resources, opportunities, and support to attain personal and economic well-being. Through strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing individual capabilities, TTR seeks to catalyze the overall vitality and economic resilience of the community.
