Are there any pain points you’ve experienced with social media so far? ? How involved is leadership in social media? ? What’s your crisis or escalation plan for social? ? Are there any upcoming launches or campaigns I should know about? ? Who was managing social before this role opened and were you satisfied with their approach? ? Why are you hiring for this role now? ? What’s your biggest challenge with social media right now? ? Are you currently working with influencers or brand partners? ? What other departments do I need to collaborate with regularly? ? Is there an internal team or agency handling graphic design, copywriting, or video editing? ? Do you have a content calendar or planning system in place? These questions help you assess the brand’s foundation and what you are potentially walking into.
