TCG had the opportunity last week to join over 100 leaders of Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee to support the development of their statewide collective impact plan. This in-person planning session in Nashville brought together organization CEOs, board members, and staff from all 20 Tennessee club organizations as they worked to strengthen statewide collaboration and develop collective priorities and actions. TCG was hired by the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to support this exciting pilot project with 3 states. We look forward to planning sessions in Arkansas and Arizona next month! #TransformersOnTheMove
