At Transcend, The Fearless Company, we believe in digging deep and making lasting change for our customers. A lot of us have seen the poster of a rowing team illustrating teamwork, but we know it takes more than a motivational poster and a few well chosen phrases to build a Fearless Team. So, yesterday L. Steven Conway, CPC, PCC, ELI-MP and I spent some time with the rowers and coaches at a local rowing club to understand the dedication, hard work and commitment it takes to be a rowing team. We learned a lot of valuable lessons that we will bring to our Fearless Teams Program.
