So proud of the great job Edward Musharbash (Mr. Downtown Los Angeles) did moderating a panel at the sold-out Bisnow Multifamily Conference, held at The Beehive in Los Angeles.
The panel, titled "The Power of Mixed-Use," delved into the integration of residential and commercial spaces, their impact on communities, and strategies for enhancing property value.

- Rebecca Kaplan Strom, Managing Director of Asset Management at Hines. Rebecca has been instrumental in bringing transformative philosophies to communities, as evidenced by her work on the West Edge project, which aims to enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors.
- Scott Gale, President of Ventus Group. Scott leads a team focused on innovative mixed-use developments that prioritize sustainability and community engagement.
- James Holt, Vice President at High Street Residential, a subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company. James focuses on multifamily developments in Greater Los Angeles, overseeing all aspects from opportunity identification to asset management.
- Neal I. Payton, FAIA, FCNU, Senior Principal at Torti Gallas + Partners. Neal directs the firm's West Coast office, engaging in planning activities that range from inner-city revitalization to transit-oriented development, aiming to create great urban places.
- Matt Winter, Director of Mixed-Use at LPA, Inc. Design Studio. Matt has managed a variety of award-winning projects, including housing and mixed-use developments, and serves on the Historic Resource Board of the City of San Diego.
