We are proud to work side-by-side with the Signal team at Clearing Yard! Their dedication to safety is second to none, and they're a great group to work with.
Our Signal Team performs regular maintenance on the Hump retarders to ensure safety and smooth operations. These systems help control the speed of rail cars by squeezing the wheels as they roll down the Hump and into the classification yards. Trainyard Tech takes Routemaster to the North Naples, FL, December 11, 2024 – Trainyard Tech, LLC has received an order from the Canadian National Railway (CN) to install the Routemaster? entrance/exit (NX) control system at MacMillan Yard in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.?The Routemaster? upgrade will be a multi-phase project that will incorporate the routing control for the north and south ends of the “Mac” hump yard. With the completion of the project, the system will facilitate track additions for a new transloading facility on the north side of MacMillan Yard. “This is our second installation of Routemaster? for CN, and it provides our customer with a full complement of hardware and software upgrades, including performance statistics and routing analysis”, Trainyard Tech President John Aliberti stated. To start the day, Mike presented a BRC-101 presentation, which provided the group with a thorough understanding of the BRC operation.
