We want to welcome our new RBT Anna to the Training Wheels ABA Pflugerville team and congratulate her on being awarded a "Rapid RBT Certificate" award. Anna joined Training Wheels with a purpose, and hit the ground running from Day 1. She completed her modules, sought guidance from experienced RBTs and her BCBA, and was able to pass her competency with flying colors! At Training Wheels we LOVE working with passionate hardworking individuals who have a desire for learning. Happy Birthday to a very special person at Training Wheels ABA. Not only did we celebrate Jeremiah Choi on his birthday, but it also marks his THREE YEAR anniversary with TWABA. Jeremiah started with us straight out of college as a BT, worked his way to RBT, and then decided wanted to continue his career in Human Resources. For the past couple of years he has been responsible for leading our recruiting team. Jeremiah is a fan favorite across the entire organization and truly loved by all. What a truly special night, as all Training Wheels ABA clinics came together for our annual Holiday Party. This was our biggest yet and it did not disappoint. This evening was about giving back to our incredible and dedicated staff for all they did to make 2024 our best year ever! Huge shoutout to Ashlee Cole, SHRM-CP, Shelby Evans and Jeremiah Choi for their efforts in making this night what it was. And special thanks to our OMs and CDs who spoke for their clinics and teams. What did this night entail? ? Raffles, including everything from gift cards to TVs and iPads! ? Surprise "tenure bonuses" for all who had an anniversary in 2024 ? Cameos, photo booths, and clinic superlatives ? Good fun, tons of laughs, and team camaraderie We are so proud and thankful to our whole team for the meaningful work you do every day.
