It is always great to hear how our training will help individuals in their field of expertise. Luke, who works at Hinkley Point C, recently completed our CCAQ 1, which aims to provide practical experience on simulated floor areas to gain knowledge and understanding of the following: ??Nuclear safety ????SCW codification and associated content ????Surface preparation and associated inspection of concrete surfaces ??Theory of coatings ????General application conditions ????Products used and associated inspections/ packaging Here’s what Luke had to say about his experience: “This course is essential to our work in sealing up the concrete to prevent radiation entering internal surfaces. It has been a great experience, as we are using the product we will be using on the station, so this knowledge is valuable. The course also gives me the chance to test my skills and learn new skills; testing myself to see what standards I can get up to.” #TrainTalent
