Seit Februar 2025 hat Engelhart Renewables mit ihrem Virtuellen Kraftwerk (VPP) von Gridfuse, seinen ersten Pool aus Windkraftanlagen im deutschen Regelenergiemarkt eingeführt. T?glich werden Windvorhersagen genutzt, um die negative Flexibilit?t des Pools zu bestimmen. Dies erm?glicht es dem übertragungsnetzbetreiber, die Windkraftanlagen zur Stabilisierung des Stromnetzes herunterzuregeln. Engelhart übernimmt dabei die Vermarktung dieses Pools, w?hrend Gridfuse als das VPP verantwortlich ist für die Bereitstellung der IT Infrastruktur samt Regellogik. Dies gew?hrleistet, dass Anforderungen zur Regelenergie zuverl?ssig und im Einklang mit den regulatorischen Vorgaben an die Anlagen im Pool eingehalten werden. Dies erzielt für alle Beteiligten einen signifikanten Mehrwert. Die Betreiber erzielen, zus?tzlich zu den Einnahmen aus der Direktvermarktung auch Einnahmen aus der Vermarktung von Regelenergie und gleichzeitig wird ein Beitrag zur Stabilisierung des Stromnetzes beitgetragen. With our first wind power pool in Germany’s ancillary services market, Engelhart is leading the way in delivering new flexible solutions for renewable energy. We introduced the pool last month. It uses our Virtual Power Plant (VPP) Gridfuse to provide dynamic, real-time grid stabilisation. By utilising daily wind forecasts, we can determine our pool’s negative flexibility, allowing the TSO to down-regulate the wind turbines to stabilise the power grid. We manage the marketing, while Gridfuse provides the IT infrastructure and control logic. This ensures reliable balancing energy delivery in full compliance with regulatory requirements. This model creates significant value for all stakeholders: ? Wind farm operators benefit from both direct marketing revenue and participation in the balancing market ? Grid operators gain a more stable, flexible power system. We aim to scale our balancing energy pools for mFRR* and aFRR* so that wind and PV plant operators can participate in ancillary services. And this is just the beginning. By leveraging our trading expertise, technology infrastructure, and flexible market participation models, we are offering our clients new revenue streams while enhancing grid stability with renewable energy.
