Our vision for Intercontinental San Antonio was to thoughtfully create a space that welcomes both visitors and locals. By partnering with the City of San Antonio, we aimed to bring the community into the heart of this reimagined property. The City of San Antonio has been our biggest partner and supporter, embracing our vision of introducing a luxury, internationally recognized brand to the city. From the beginning, they understood the impact this project could have on the community. The previous property had only one bar and restaurant, and we were intentional in creating a vibrant space for everyone to enjoy. Now, the hotel features four different food and beverage experiences: - Cavaliar: a bold American Brasserie - Rosebelly Coffee: a lobby coffee shop perfect for locals - Deco Bar: an immersive beverage experience - High Praise: a Latin-inspired rooftop bar We’re thrilled to see the local community embracing these new spaces and utilizing them in ways that weren’t possible before.

Originally built in the 1950s, this property was renovated from top to bottom to set a new standard for luxury in San Antonio. Our vision for this project was to create spaces that invite both visitors and locals alike to gather, dine, and enjoy, and we’re excited to bring new energy to this space and offer an unparalleled luxury experience to the San Antonio community.
