I attended the NPAWorldwide annual conference and I am still absorbing all that I learned. It was a pleasure meeting so many like-minded owner/operators within the Recruiting industry. Highlights included: ? Meeting successful industry leaders who openly shared their best practices for candidate experience, better closing methodologies, cold calling techniques, best practices for client management, sourcing strategies, and just general encouragement. This group of owner/operators view success as a collaborative metric - when one member wins, we all win! So refreshing! ? Networked with my peers in Korea, Australia, Mexico, Canada, India and the U.K. I'm excited to tap into a global support network for my clients. I can now say that I can provide strong recruiting strategies for anywhere in the world! ? ?? Network Shoutout! I am recruiting for several positions that may be of interest to folks in my network. Sr. Manufacturing Engineer - New Product Development: This role is the liaison between Product Development team and the Engineering Department. Main focus will be on DFM and managing costs throughout the Product Launch lifecycle. On site in Dallas Fort Worth area. Automation Engineer: This will be a fun role, with the ability to work 'automation magic' within a plastics plant. So much opportunity to make an impact with a lot of low hanging fruit to go after! On site in Dallas Fort Worth area. Customer Supply Chain Analyst: This newly created role will be the bridge between Operations and the Customer Service team. Within the internal team, this role is the main point of contact for managing and communicating progress on customer projects. On site in Wadesboro, NC area. Accountant: This is a plant level accounting role perfect for someone that is just starting out in their career. Super steady company, that is looking for that person who loves the detailed work in GL journal entries. Would be a nice role for someone that is later in their career that is looking for a stable company to contribute to. Bachelor's degree is required for this one. On site in Wadesboro, NC area. Shout out to my network! I just got pulled into a search on a Controller for a Manufacturing facility in the Tier 1 Automotive industry. Driving distance to the Jack Daniels distillery!
