Welcome Fan Huang, our newest Board Member! Fan brings 18 years of experience in real estate finance, having built a diverse career across investment banking, advisory, credit rating, and private equity/REIT. She specializes in investment valuations, portfolio management, and business development. Fan earned her MBA from Columbia Business School and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from the University of Michigan. Beyond her professional pursuits, Fan is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys playing tennis, spending time with her family, and connecting with people wherever she travels. With a passion for building meaningful relationships and creating lasting impact through her work, Fan is a wonderful addition to the Trail Blazers Board of Trustees.
