At the end of September, 9 employees from?Tradition Capital Bank?traveled on an Insight Trip to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe with our longstanding partner, MATTER ?. Living out our mission to “make lives better,” they witnessed firsthand how several MATTER projects were doing just that. They visited several business owners who had received small loans from the Tradition Loan Program (see: Silence who runs a chicken farm) and spent time with one of TCB’s newest hires, Sheryl Nyathi, who recently joined the team as an employee working remotely in Zimbabwe through the MATTER Career Readiness Institute.
