Today we reported record total trading volume for the month of September 2024 of $56.1 trillion. Average daily volume (ADV) for the month was a record $2.63tn, an increase of 68.3% YoY. For the third quarter of 2024, total trading volume was a record $147.5tn and ADV was a record $2.21tn, an increase of 55.3% YoY.?Read more: https://lnkd.in/ei6j3KcA

September saw 10-year global government bond yields decrease, with only those for the United Kingdom and Australia bucking the trend. The month’s biggest mover was the mid-yield on the Italian 10-year benchmark note, which dropped almost 30 basis points compared to August’s figure.
