Our PEOPLE are what POWER us in construction. ????? I love visiting our team at their 17 projects across the Upstate SC. Ricky's team has been moving a local manufacturer into a current building that Milliken once occupied. We had worked in this building over 30-40 years ago. There is history. They are preparing to pull 350 mcm wire today, with an additional 8 people added to this team in the picture. (Pictures – rollers we install to protect the outside of cable when pulled through cable trays.) What they have accomplished: ? Moved 28 knitting machines ? Moved 16 Picanol Weaving Machines ? Added and moved several panels ? Added and moved transformers ? Upgrading power outside of the manufacturing facility ? Installation of several robots (and more to go) ? Loads of demoing at the beginning (isn't always the most pretty, but there is an art to demoing in the industrial electrical world) ?? Side note: this team was pulled off this job last weekend to help one of our other partners get a plant back up and running after a catastrophic arc flash. Our PEOPLE are what makes Hill Electric a thriving company. ?? Selfie - Ricky had this planned out for me and got his team together for me to take a group picture. I WAS BLOWN away. Typically, the teams run from me. ?? Team: Ricky (2021 Electrical Construction & Maintenance 30 under 30), Rufus, Jonathan, Trent, Matthew, and Edward. They are super proud of the work they do, and they should be! ??????????
