Have you ever thought "If I left they'd be screwed" I have, and in those moments those I was working with would have actually been better off without me. Truth is if you were gone tomorrow, the world would keep on spinning. Everyone else would still show up and it would get figured out. We all have different gifts and with them, a duty to strive and use them to the best of our ability everyday. We get compensated for the value we bring and for serving those around us. If you feel like you're not getting?compensated fairly, you need to have that conversation. If you are compensated fairly but you feel like you're entitled to more because of those around you and what they appear to be getting, you need to check your ego.
