His mandate had a clear focus on revenue growth with existing as well as new customers, and expanding the footprint in the region while managing risk and costs. Bill has in-depth experience originating significant Transaction Banking business opportunities across Asia and Europe with North American clients. Before joining Commerzbank, he served as HSBC’s Head of Sales for Global Trade and Receivable Finance (GTRF) for the United States. Bill was responsible for leading the strategic growth of their GTRF business, including: Global and Commercial Banking, Commodities, Institutional Subsidiary Banking and Financial Institutions sectors.
