Each Style of person has specific weaknesses. Driving Style people do not listen effectively, and they focus on tasks and priorities to the exclusion of building relationships. They may not be effective at developing relationships with co-workers, and they can be too forceful with others when trying to achieve their goals. They may not be attuned to others’ needs or desires, and might ignore people’s input or concerns. These individuals can be impatient with projects or co-workers who need time to make decisions, and may discount others’ opinions. They can be overly aggressive or harsh with other team members.
