October was an exciting month at Trace Creek Construction! Our team had the honor of breaking ground on major projects across Kentucky, including the Clay County Maintenance Garage and the Clay County KYTC District 11 Office as well as the KCTCS-Owensboro HealthForce Innovation Center. We also celebrated the completion of the PrimaryPlus J. Ugrin Medical Center in Maysville, KY. Each of these projects reflects our commitment to building strong communities throughout the region and we’re excited to see the impact they will have!

?? Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new Scott County Hall of Justice in Georgetown, KY! ?? The new 70,000 square foot, 3-story facility will include two district courtrooms, two circuit courtrooms and two family courtrooms as well as clerk and administrative areas. The building will have enhanced security features to protect visitors while also maintaining a welcoming environment. The state-of-the-art Hall of Justice will be a source of pride for the Scott County community for years to come! Trace Creek is honored to be the Construction Manager for the new SCHOJ, while partnering with the Scott County Fiscal Court, Scott County Project Development Board and Brandstetter Carroll, Inc. to bring this project to life! ?

Congratulations to Trace Creek scholarship recipient and Garrard County grad, Mary Coleman! Mary will be attending Eastern Kentucky University and majoring in Biomedical Science. We are excited to follow her journey in STEM! ?

Congratulations to Trace Creek scholarship recipient and Jenkins Independent grad, Jasmine Caudill! She will be attending University of the Cumberlands and majoring in Elementary Education. We are always excited to celebrate future educators and look forward to following your success, Jasmine! ?

Ava will be attending the University of Kentucky majoring in Human Health Sciences on a pre-dental track, she has also been accepted into the Lewis Honors Program. Congratulations to Trace Creek Construction scholarship recipient Elijah Johnson who is a graduate from Augusta Independent Schools! He will be attending Cincinnati State for Aviation to earn an Associate’s degree in Applied Science and an A&P Mechanic’s License. We wish you the best, Elijah!

Stella will be attending Samford University in the Fall to pursue a degree in Politics, Law and Society then pursue admission into their Cumberland Law School program.
