We are honored to be apart of such an amazing project and thrilled to have completed such an integral milestone in the completion of this project.
??? Last week, we celebrated a major milestone with a topping-off ceremony at the Summer Street Apartments! TRAC Builders installed the final roof truss, completing the framing for what will soon be 176 permanent, supportive apartments for formerly homeless Rhode Islanders. “Summer Street Apartments is a transformative development that will provide residents currently living in the Travelers Aid Building with proper apartments,” said Crossroads President & CEO Michelle Wilcox. “I am optimistic that Rhode Island will be able to accelerate affordable housing development in the years to come, especially with the Housing and Community Opportunity bond up for approval next month.”

Our Safety Specialist, Sophia McFetridge recently attended the Women in Safety Conference at Keene State College. Here is what she had to say about her experience, " It was wonderful getting to meet with so many great minds reaching for the same goal, to keep people safe. Connecting with all those wonderful women and getting back to my Keene State roots always reminds me why I do safety, I find myself having that passion continuosly sparked at TRAC Builders with the amazing team's I get to work with every day". Thank you to Keene State College and OSHA Training Institute Education Center Region 1 for hosting an event that our Safety Team has taken so much value from we are looking forward to next year's conference!

30 years after the last Restoration, David Graf is back restoring the tower clock with the help of team TRAC! Team TRAC stepped up to help David get the job done. Agie DePina helped perform the re-assembly and is now an honorary member of “ the clock restoration craftsman club” . Roger Fortes was also part of the team that helped get the materials up 135’ to the place of work at the top of the tower. This was all made possible by the strong on-onsite leadership of our site superintendent, Ryan Bliven, Great work to team TRAC!
