Exciting news to share from our CEO Matt Dean.
Nearly four years ago I shared a post on our website entitled "Building meaningful things with friends" in which we announced that MVB Bank had acquired a majority interest in Trabian. Today I’m excited to announce that Trabian has repurchased MVB’s shares to once again be a privately-held company. MVB has been and will continue to be a fantastic partner. We’re proud of the work we’re doing together and look forward to being part of each other’s continued journeys. As much as our relationship with MVB has deepened over the past few years, we’ve also broadened our client base and now work with close to 200 financial institution and fintech clients.
