CONSTANT CHARACTER: Defining Who We Are In todays training, we focused on the meaning of character and how it shapes our interactions every day. We divided the TEAM into groups and discussed the words and actions that positively reflect both individual character and our company’s values. We wrapped up with some skill play, focusing on ways we can uplift our TEAM and COMPANY when interacting with CUSTOMERS who may had a less than ideal experience in the past!! The key takeaway? HARD WORK BEATS TALENT: This week, our TEAM had an open discussion about the critical action areas where we are currently facing challenges when running a service call. Whether it’s overcoming objections, handling the “ I need to check with my spouse” response, effectively using your agenda card, maintaining price transparency, or asking the right questions, we recognized one key takeaway- it’s okay to be work in progress, as long as you’re committed to continuous improvement. We broke into groups to develop action plans, focusing on two key questions: 1. What could happen if you commit to taking action on the things you’re struggling with? 2. What might happen if you don’t? To close out our time together, we watched a powerful message from one of the greatest of all time, Mr. GOAT, Tom Brady. His words reinforced a simple message: Whatever you do, whether in life or profession, do it to the best of your ability. Take advantage of the opportunities in front of you. Don’t sit back and wait for success to come to you! Success is earned through HARD WORK, DISCIPLINE, and COMMITMENT!!! Put in the HARD WORK and stay committed to growth! This week, I had the opportunity to step back into the expo world at the Tinley Park Convention Center, and this time, I got to bring my daughter along! It’s been a few years since I’ve worked a home show, so it was great to spend time with her, meet new faces, and catch up with some of our amazing customers. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to say hello, we’re always grateful for the support!

Last week we had the pleasure of dropping off some more dog food to NAWS Humane Society of Illinois and spend a little bit of time with their furry friends! Giving back to our community will always be the cornerstone of what we do.
