Excited to share that (2) more custom gauges are heading to another satisfied customer partner for a seating program. Initially, the customer wanted attribute checks. However, through collaborative design and teamwork, we enhanced the gauges by including a truposition probe for checking hole locations, easily verifiable by operators. Additionally, a 3rd axis probe was added to ensure comprehensive data collection for their customer. Great teamwork leads to great results!

working with our customer we were able to take an existing process that was quite expensive and time consuming to a much easier to use check fixture (gauge) and saved our customer over $xx,xxx in just tooling alone; well before the cost savings from labor is calculated into the project over it's life expectancy! This is just one example of listening to the customer, working through the OEM's requirements, and providing a solution to make sure everyone wins! Also, since this is shipping to Mexico we provided bilingual work instructions so that anyone can use the check fixture ( gauge ) with no training
