Our Childcare Action & Investment Plan is here! Over the past year and in collaboration with TPMA, we created this plan to start a conversation around the issue of childcare in Hamilton County. Only 22% of children in Hamilton County have access to high-quality care according to Early Learning Indiana, due to high cost, full capacity or lack of childcare entirely.
