This morning we ventured out to Pico’s and all had a delightful time as Susan Hancock, owner of Tres Chic Boutique in Houston, hosted a “fashion show and tell” for the modern-day professional women.??We look forward to shopping this coming fall!

Today is a special day for the ladies at #TPG as we gathered for a luncheon to learn from Mary Margolis at MBR Financial on the topic of navigating through life’s major changes and the transition. Change is inevitable, good or bad. We benefited greatly from Mary’s expertise in this area with the 4 stages of transition and finding opportunities for insight and growth amidst the physical, mental, and emotional chaos that changes may bring.

Mornings are often routine-driven and somewhat boring, but not this Tuesday. We had an invigorating speaker Juanita Campbell Rasmus come to share her energy on the topic of learning to be our most expansive selves. What I learned (or already know and need to be reminded): life is short and we must be more intentional. Do things that make you happy. Ask yourself “What would I love?”

Yesterday the ladies of TPG-The Professional Group boarded a tour bus and headed to Galveston for a private tour at The Bryan Museum. The building used to be an orphanage and served the community for more than a century. Today, the Bryan Museum is a collection of the rich Texas history dating back to the 1800s when the Spanish started exploring the US. Open in 2015 and coming up on its 10th anniversary next year, we are looking forward to seeing upgrades, lectures, workshops, and events at the museum. Thank you to the amazing staff at the Bryan Museum for their service and for making it a memorable day for the ladies of TPG.??
