Our transformation of a former hotel into New York Institute of Technology’s first dedicated student housing breathes new life into a once-vacant property, creating a vibrant, amenity-rich environment designed for student success. This project includes the renovation of 80 hotel rooms into thoughtfully designed living spaces, upgraded common areas, and enhanced amenities such as study lounges, a fitness area, and improved lighting and infrastructure.
