In June, Fairhaven celebrated the grand opening of Sweet Lizzie’s Bake Shop, where sweet dreams come to life! Founded by Liz and Roger Khoury, this charming bake shop promises to serve not only sweet treats and fresh coffee, but also smiles and good vibes. Liz Khoury, the co-owner and head baker, started her journey with Magic Cookie Bars during Christmas gatherings. Encouraged by family and friends, Liz began baking in her home kitchen during the 2020 lockdown, leading to small sales that quickly grew.
