Mission To promote and preserve the rich and vibrant Haitian Heritage and culture and to leave a legacy for future generations. Vision The Toussaint Louverture Cultural Center – TLCC will serve as a focal point for the expression of Haitian culture through a variety of activities, events and programs. TLCC will also be a place for educational institutions, public schools, nonprofit and governmental agencies, and the community at large to use for educational and cultural activities.
