Our platform connects Tournament Directors with thousands of parents, athletes, coaches, and fans by helping you take your tournaments to the next level--by empowering you to organize, manage, and communicate about your tournament, all from one simple tool. ?Tourney Machine is a web based software for managing tournaments ?Handles multiple age divisions ?Handles multiple pools within divisions ?Handles bracket play (built in bracket builder for even the most creative of bracket layouts) ?Auto generates round robin match ups for pool play ?Auto schedules games with considerations for facility availability & team conflicts. All games can be scheduled in a matter of minutes. ?A public web page for every tournament so the public can see the game schedules, pool standings, and bracket play. ?PDF reports for emailing schedules to teams ?Print report to post schedules and game results on site. ?Score posting will auto update pool standings, auto advance from pool to bracket play, and auto advances within bracket play. The public web site is updated as soon as scores are posted as well. ?The public can sign up for email and/or text message notifications. When scores are posted a notification will automatically be sent to their phone or computer. You can also send tournament notifications (i.e. Delays/Schedule Changes/etc) to those addresses as well. ?Post scores from your smart phone. ?Import teams from a spreadsheet or data file ?If you have your own web site, you can even embed the public results page in your own site.
