    "Cadence is critical to make it part of the culture." Shout out to Travis Hill for dropping that truth bomb during the webinar I moderated with him and Chris Dishman on how Sales and CS can win together. Every team is managing change these days, and the first step to transformation is sharing the “why.” But, you need to find the right cadence to make the change stick. That means: revisit, remind, and repeat until the “new” becomes ingrained across your company culture. One of my favorite recommendations? Travis says account planning should be a “collaborative hub” for the entire revenue team — including Finance, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Solution Engineering among others. Why? Because in an aligned revenue organization, "everyone sells." Each of those teams engages differently with customers. Each one uncovers unique insights that are vital for account health and growth. Here’s how to start: ??? Bi-weekly account plan reviews?? ??? Cross-functional revenue team meetings every 2 weeks?? ??? Clear objectives with actions and owners?
