Originally started as a printed publication which grew to over 1,000,000 printed pages per month, the service went online in 1995. In 2006 the printed publication was sold, and the company launched online listing entry. Anyone can search TotalCommercial.com, but listing entry is restricted to real estate licensees. All listings are warranted to be exclusive listings and are renewed/re-validated at least every thirty days. Only Commercial Real Estate and Businesses For Sale listings are accepted.
