When I became independent, it was fun and I enjoyed my freedom. However, I found myself having to go back to my parents for a lot information regarding my health history. In particular was all my immunizations I received through out my childhood (I was an 80's baby). Record keeping was still on paper and pen. Let's just say a lot hoops were hooped and a lot of hurdles were hurdled to get a complete record...
